WI 2024 Resolutions discussion
Whitley Village Hall Whitley, United KingdomResolutions 2024 The shortlist of resolutions for 2024 were published in the November/December copy of WI Life. In summary they are as follows: 1. Dental Health matters 2. Impacts of Poor Housing Conditions 3. Say ‘No’ to Gambling Advertising 4. Improving Outcomes for Women in the Criminal Justice System We are running a resolutions discussion meeting on Thursday 18th Jan at 2- 3pm for interested members. February meeting
Whitley Village Hall Whitley, United KingdomKevin McFarlane from the St Helens and Warrington branch will be talking to us about the work they do with rescued cats and dogs. It is the RSPCA’s centenary year. Kevin is happy to accept donations of cat and dog food or toys etc for the animals in their care if you bring them along to the meeting. Competition: A cute animal - as long as it is inanimate, this can be in any medium!

Whitley Village Hall Whitley, United KingdomWhat happens at Halton’s Women’s Centre – Take a closer look- Elaine Billington. Donations of toiletries will be most welcome. We are collecting toiletries to pass on to Elaine and have a number of wash bags we can fill with items you might like to donate eg. toothbrushes, soap, deodorant, shower gel etc. Competition: A favourite handbag.

Evening Outing
